低温集输管道沉积速率及热洗周期的确定与分析

摘    要:基于室内环道模拟试验装置,开展了高含水原油低温混输试验。利用差压方法研究了不同流型时的管壁沉积物沉积速率,并借助于室内试验与油田矿场生产实际相结合的方法,以流动介质的极限流通管径为基准,建立了相应集输管路热洗周期的确定方法。应用实例表明,该方法对于高含水期低温集输管路具有较好的适用性,有益于指导新形势下油田地面工程生产能耗的有效控制。

Abstract:Based on the indoor cycle simulation test device,a low-temperature mixed transportation test of high water-cut crude oil is developed.The deposition rate with differential pressure method under different flow patterns is studied.In addition,combining laboratory test with oil-field production and based on the limit diameter of fluid media,the determination method of the corresponding thermal-wash circle in gathering pipeline is set up.Application examples show that the method has a good applicability for low...
