锌基颗粒复合材料的磨损特性与力学性能

摘    要:利用电磁搅拌凝固技术制备了锌基-WC、SiC颗粒复合材料,并研究了其磨损特性与力学性能。WC、SiC颗粒的加入均使材料的耐磨性明显提高,其抗压强度变化不大。

Abstract:The wear resistance and mechanical properties of Zinc-SiC or WC particle composites prepared byelectric-magnetic stirring solidification processing had been studied. The results showed that the wear resistanceof Zinc-based composites has been increased by adding of SiC or WC particle and the mechanical propertieschanged a little.
