摘    要:选择对乙酸正丁酯、正庚烷、丙酮、甲苯混合组分有较好分离效果的色谱柱,根据气相色谱内标法实验原理和色谱工作站特点,用峰面积百分比代替以往的峰面积记录数据。经过实验验证后,介绍了气相色谱内标法定量分析乙酸正丁酯中杂质实验,突出了实验原理,并通过思考题使学生加深对实验的理解。经过实验教学实践,效果良好。

Abstract:Suitable chromatographic column is selected to separate the mixture of n-heptane, acetone, toluene and n-butyl acetate. According to the principle of gas chromatographic internal standard method and character of gas chromatographic working station, the chromatographic peak area is replaced by the percentage of peak area to record the experimental data. Through the validation of practice, the teaching experiment of the impurity quantitative analysis in n-butyl acetate by using gas chromatographic internal standard method is compiled. The compilation makes the' experimental theory stand out, and is helpful to understand the knowledge with questions to reflect. Good teaching effect has been obtained through practice.
