摘    要:对非晶Fe73Co5Si8B14合金进行了不同温度的真空退火处理。用穆斯堡尔谱超精细参数研究微观结构随退火温度的变化。结果表明,试样的超精细参数随退火温度呈现不同性质的变化,可动缺陷的迁移和复合对超精细参数有关键的影响。

Abstract:Vacuum annealing of amorphous alloy Fe 73 Co 5Si 8B 14 at different temperatures has been carried out. The variatious in microstructure of these specimens after annealing are investigated by Mssbauer hyperfine parameters. The results show that the hyperfine parameters of amorphous specimens depend upon the annealing temperature. The migration and condensation of the flow defects in the specimens act as a key effect on the hyperfine parameters.
