基于TDR的散射参数提取及误差分析

摘    要:讨论了通过时域反射计的瞬时反射和传输响应的测量来提取宽带散射参数的一种新的方法。讨论的有理函数法使用了GPOF方法、递归去卷积以及标准结构的方法来获取系统的响应。最后通过对参数的误差影响进行分析可以看出,有理函数法对系统模型的建立是相当有效的。

Abstract:The extraction of the brand band S - parameter response by TDR transient reflection and transmission measurement is discussed. The response was obtained using rational which included the methods of Generalized Pencil - of - Function, recursive deconverlution and calibration structure. At last, by error analysis of parameter, rational function was proved to be effective for the building of model.
