摘    要:实验植物黑麦草种植于自行设计和制作的圆形土壤柱中作为模拟草地,柱内土壤含水量采用称重法加以控制,通过调节灌水次数和每次灌入水量在各柱之间建立起土壤水分梯度。从柱内植物形成稳定的种群开始到生长季末,共进行了两个周期的之分处理实验,期间以固定的间隔在草群内取最新完全展开的叶片测定其含水量和游离脯氨酸含量。将每一次取样得到的脯氨酸含量、土壤含水量和叶片含水量这三组数据作相关与回归分析发现,脯氨酸含量与土

Abstract:Lolium perenne L.cv AberElan was grown in soil column systems in which soil water content was monitored by regular weighing of the column and maintained down to a predetermined limit by controlling watering frequency and amount of water applied,so as to create a soil water gradient.There were two periods of watering treatment:the first was between 3 July and 7 August,and the second between 17 August and 19 October.Newly expanded leaf blades were sampled at regular intervals for the determination of water content and free proline concentration. By plotting the proline data against those of soil water content and of leaf water content for each single sampling date,straight lines were obtained between proline concentration and soil water content during earlier stages of each period,and during later stages,curvilinear relationships were found between the two variables;on the other hand,linear relationships were obtained between proline concentration and leaf water content throughout each period.The ecophysiological significance of the results is discussed taking account of soil column use,time and procedure of sampling,influence of environmental factors and work of others.
