摘    要:从水资源、管理学和经济学的角度对南水北调东线水资源供应链主链节点湖泊到各供水企业这一决策链设计了Pareto最优决策模型--多级价格协调因子确定模型,采用通用的遗传算法优化决策结构中的各个参数.理论分析和实例验证结果表明,该模型适用于研究南水北调工程正常运行中的多级协调问题,具有一定的理论依据和实用价值.

Abstract:A Pareto optimization model-a multi-level price cooperative factor decision-making model was designed for the decision-making chain from the nodal lakes to each water supply enterprise on the main water supply chain of the Southto-North Water Transfer East Route Project from the angles of water resources, management and economy, and the conventional genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize each parameter of the structure. Theoretical analysis and case study show that the model is suitable for multi-level cooperative decision-making in normal operation of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, and is of certain theoretical basis and practical value.
