摘    要:采用接枝共聚的方法合成了2-羟基-4-磺酸钠偶氨萘苯(HSANB)接枝的聚氨酯并进行了结构表征,元素分析的结构表明,产物的元素比例与理论值一致,傅里叶红外光谱在1712cm^-1及2929cm^-1处的吸收证明了生成聚氨酯结构以及染料被接枝在聚合物上,X射线衍射谱图的宽阔非晶包和透射电镜(TEM)非晶衍射环表明,材料为非晶结构,TEM照片证明了接枝共聚的产物是均相体系,热失重分析的结果证明,接枝共聚产物的热分解温度比纯染料提高了60℃。

Abstract:Acid orange(HSANB) was grafted on polyurethane as side chain and the molecular structure of the polymer was characterized, which shows that molecular structure of the product is consisted with what has been designed. The result of elemental analysis proved that the elemental ratio was consistent with theoretical value. The absorption peaks at 1 712 reciprocal centimeter and 2 919 reciprocal centimeter of infrared spectrum spectrum show that polyurethane was formed and HSANB was grafted on the polymer chain. The broad amporphous peak proved that the polymer was amorphous with a little periodical structure along the side chain. According to transmission electron microscope, the polymer film was homogeneous. According to thermogravimetic analysis, thermal decomposition temperature enhanced 60 degree Celsius after HSANB was grafted on polyurethane, which shows that the thermal stability was improved greatly.
