| Abstract: | Measurement plays an important role in small hydro-electric power plant engineering construction . The conducting wire is introduced mainly with GPS and EDM building as several kinds of common effective methods of small hydro-electric power plant project floor under the control net solve deficiency of some old methods, and reach to high measurement and availability. |
