| 摘 要： | 针对常规Ｏ形橡胶密封圈多腔模具结构、制造的复杂性和不准确性，提出了采用锥度定位芯轴和定位板作为定位元件，并运用合理的工艺手段来满足多腔模具合模精度要求高的特点．实践表明：该加工工艺及工装，结构简单，制造容易，操作方便、可靠，效果理想．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the complexity and inaccuracy of the geometry and manufacturing of multichamber mould for rubber sealing O ring, a conical positioning axle and positioning plate are presented for part positioning as a reasonable processing means. It can meet the requirement of high precision of the mould.The application practice shows that the processing and its rigs are constructionally simple, manufacturing is easy, and operation is convenient and reliable, resulting in an ideal effect. |
