| 摘 要： | 减少柴油机的主要排放污染物(微粒和氮氧化物)，研制了自动控制器(采用袋滤器以及废气再循环技术)。利用袋滤器可以把废气中的灰尘最大程度的过滤掉，达到减少微粒的目的。利用废气再循环技术，把从滤袋排出的一部分废气引入进气系统，与新鲜空气或燃料空气混合后进入燃烧室，从而实现再循环，控制得当可以大大降低氮氧化物排放。

| Abstract: | To reduce the main pollutant of the diesel engine(particle and NO x), this paper designs the automatic controller by using the bag filter and Exhaust Gas Recirculation technology.Bag filter can filter the dust of the exhaust gas maximumly so as to reduce the particle. Exhaust Gas Recirculation technology can reduce greatly NO x through controlling properly , EGR means that a part of exhaust gas from bag filter get into ingress gas system, then into firebox after mixing fresh air or fuel air, consequently realize the recirculation. |
