摘    要:无砂砼小桩复合地基技术通过高压注浆在桩孔内形成水泥石竖向增强体,并使桩周土体得到注浆加固处理,具有桩体置换和注浆增强双重效应,对提高地基承载力和土体压缩模量效果显著。某城市市内主干道使用过程中发生路基塌陷变形,本文通过对路面塌陷变形的机理分析,设计采用无砂砼小桩新技术对其进行了加固处理,工程验收检测和继续使用效果良好。本工程设计和施工实践,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Non-sand-concrete Mini Pile Composite Foundation Improvement Technology(NOCFIT) is widely used for the purpose of bearing capacity enhancement and compression modulus raising. Vertical cement-soil reinforcement is formed after pressured mortar jetting in the pile holes, and the adjacent soil is improved simultaneously, so the double functions of weak soil substitution and mortar jetting are applied at the same time in NOCFIT. After a case of busy urban road collapse because of under-road cavity due to submergence is studied in detail, the NOCFIT is used to mend the road. The after-mending tests and long term utilization validate the mending procedure. The case project may be used as reference for the similar practice.
