空间微小碎片撞击对太阳电池表面损伤的评估方法

摘    要:利用等离子体驱动微小碎片加速器, 开展空间微小碎片撞击对太阳电池表面损伤的地面模拟实验, 得到了微小碎片撞击对太阳电池表面损伤的平均表面损伤系数和撞击损伤方程, 并分别提出了利用平均表面损伤系数和撞击损伤方程评估空间微小碎片撞击对太阳电池表面损伤的评估方法. 结合master2005空间碎片分布模式计算得到的空间微小碎片分布规律, 采用这两种评估方法分别对800 km轨道高度航天器太阳电池遭受微小碎片撞击引起的表面损伤率进行了评估. 计算结果表明这两种方法能够相互验证, 并且发现空间微小碎片撞击对太阳电池的表面损伤主要由5~500 μm碎片撞击引起.

Abstract:Using plasma drag small particle accelerator to simulate small space debris impact solar cells on ground, we obtain the average surface damage coefficient and impact damage equation of small space debris impact on solar cells. Based on the simulation experiments we get two evaluation methods: one is based on average surface damage coefficient and the other is based on impact damage equation. From master2005 space debris model, we get the distribution of space debris. Taking these two evaluation methods we chose an orbit of 800 km to calculate the surface damage rate of solar cells by small space debris impact. The results indicate that these two methods can approve each other and we found that the debris with diameters between 5 and 500 micron is the major debris that results in the surface damage of solar cells by small space debris.
