| 摘 要： | 汽车售后服务人才是影响汽车维修企业发展的核心要素。运用AHP法对汽车售后服务人才所需要的能力进行分析，从专业技能、社会技能和概念技能三个方面构建人才评价体系，并提出了相应的分层培养策略。

| Abstract: | Automobile after-sale service talents are the key factor of the development of automobile repair enterprises. This paper analyzes the abilities required by automobile after-sale service talents based on AHP. The talents evaluating system is constructed from the three aspects of professional skills, social skills and conceptual skills, and corresponding tactics for stratification cultivation are put forward. |
