摘    要:校企协同创新是高职院校创新人才培养模式的重要途径。高职人力资源管理专业在人才培养过程中存在:人才培养方案制订与职业岗位需求缺乏有效协同;实训基地建设滞后,与企业实践缺乏有效协同;“双师”型教师缺乏,理论与实践缺乏有效协同;尚未构建校企协同创新保障机制等问题。通过优化课程设置、创新人才培养实践教学模式、构建专业化和多元化的实训体系、建立“双师型”教师队伍及构建协同创新的机制等,全面系统化地保障高职人力资源管理专业人才培养的顺利实施。

Abstract:The school-enterprise coordination innovation is the important way for innovating talents training mode of higher vocational colleges. There are many problems existed in the talents training mode of human resource management specialty in higher vocational colleges:the lack of effective coordination in the talents training plan formulation and occupation post demand;the lack of effective coordination in the training base construction and enterprise practice;the lack of effective coordination in theory and practice due to lack of double qualified teachers;and yet not building safeguard mechanism of the school-enterprise coordination innovation, etc. We need to optimize curriculum setting, innovate talents training practice teaching mode, construct specialized and diversified practice system, construct teaching staff with double qualified teachers and establish security mechanisms of the school-enterprise coordination innovation to comprehensively and systematically guarantee the smooth implementation of professional talents training of human resource management in higher vocational colleges.
