农业职业院校深化产教融合的思考

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育最重要的环节之一，也是职业院校办学的核心使命和办学方向。通过对国内外职业教育深化产教融合现状分析，以及对农业职业院校深化产教融合的认识，提出农业职业院校产教融合模式应以校企合作为重点，以人才培养为依托，以校企双赢为目标，推进涉农专业人才培养模式改革和培养途径优化，切实提高学生的技能水平和就业质量。

Thoughts on Deepening Integration of Production and Education in Agricultural Vocational Colleges

The integration of production and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation is one of the most important parts of vocational education, and also the core mission and direction of vocational college school-running. Through the analysis of the current situation that domestic and foreign vocational education deepen the integration of production and education, and the under- standing of this problem in agricultural vocational colleges, the paper puts forward that the integration mode should take school-en- terprise cooperation as the key point, talents training as the backing, and school and enterprise achieving win-win as the goal to pro- mote reform of agricultural professional talents training mode and optimize training approach and improve students＇ skills and em- ployment ability.
