| 摘 要： | 如何建设好一支高素质师资队伍是高等职业教育内涵建设的重要内容，对此各方面都在积极思考和探索。从分析我国高职教育师资队伍建设中若干热点问题着手，从整体系统视阈出发，提出若干的思路和建议，并分别从政府部门、学校、个人三个层面提供解决方案。

| Abstract: | How to build a high-quality teaching staff is an important part of connotation construction for higher vocational education, which arouses active thinking and exploration from all the aspects. By analyzing several hot issues in the construction of teaching staff of higher vocational education in China and starting from the system perspective, the paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions and proposes several solutions from three dimensions： government departments, schools and individuals. |
