高职院校非法学专业经济法课程的课堂实践性教学模式构建与应用——以案例教学法为基础

为了顺应高职院校培养高等技术应用型专门人才的培养目标，并结合非法学专业学生未系统学习法律课程的特点，经济法课程应改变原有单一化的纯理论教学模式，加强在课堂上的实践教学环节，运用法律案例教学法作为基础构建多元化的课堂实践教学模式。

Construction and Application of Classroom Practical Teaching Model for the Course of Economic Law in Non-law Specialties in Higher Vocational Colleges--Based on the Case Teaching Method

For the purpose of following the objective of training higher technical application-oriented special talents of higher vocational colleges, and in combination with the fact that students majoring in non-law specialties have not studied legal courses systematically, the previous single theoretical teaching model of the course of economic law should be changed, and the link of practical teaching in class should be strengthened, so as to establish a diversified classroom practical teaching model on the basis of the teaching method of applying legal cases.
