| 摘 要： | 探寻高校师德建设路径应回到师德建设问题本身，置师德于依法治国背景下进行考量。要制定具体可行的师德规范，培育规则意识；要发挥法律的他律功能，培育法治思维；要完善制度的激励和约束机制，培育敬业精神；要建立新媒体师德档案，培育修德文化。
