高职院校金融保险专业学生素质教育载体与专业融入研究

随着高等职业院校对素质教育要求的不断提升，素质教育内涵的进一步扩大，将素质教育与专业教育融合成为当今高职院校急需解决的问题。在对素质教育的内涵及研究重心进行分析基础上，以高职院校金融保险专业学生为研究对象，结合专业发展的特点，调研走访金融行业企业、金融专业学生，提出借助技能大赛、课程改革等载体，并通过改善实训环境、翻转课堂及微课等途径将素质教育与专业教育融合，促进学生素质全面提升。

Research on the Carrier of Quality Education Integrating into Professional Education of Finance and Insurance Specialty Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

With increasing requirements of quality education in higher vocational colleges, the connotation of quality education is further expanded. The integration between quality education and professional education becomes an important problem to be solved urgently in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the connotation and study focus of quality education, combined with the characteristics of specialty development and investigating financial industry and enterprises and finance specialty stu- dents, the paper puts forward the following approaches of quality education integrating into professional education： by means of the carriers of skills competition and curriculum reform, improving the practical training environment, flipped classroom and mi- cro courses, to promote students quality overall.
