摘    要:职业认同作为职业道德建设的前提与基础,可视为高职学生专业成长的起点。了解高职学生的职业认同感,对于培养学生形成稳定、牢固的职业认知,坚定专业价值、促进专业人才的有效利用至关重要。以高职院校汽车运用技术专业学生为对象,通过问卷测量的方式,了解高职学生职业认同感现状,并分析其影响因素,进而提出相关的对策与建议。

Research on the Issues and Countermeasures of Professional Self-identity of Higher Vocational Students --Based on the Survey of Automobile Application Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:As the premise and foundation of the construction of professional ethics, professional identity could be seen as the starting point for higher vocational students" professional development. Getting to know higher vocational students" professional self-identi- ty is very important to cultivate students to form stable professional cognition, strong professional values and also promote the effec- tive utilization of professional talents. Taking the students of Automobile Application Technology specialty as objects, the paper gets to know the current situation of higher vocational students" professional identity by means of questionnaire survey, and then, puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the influence factors.
