| 摘 要： | 供应链风险管理是当前企业必不可少的能力,采购合同组合管理策略是管理供应链风险的创新工具。首先探讨了采购管理是供应链风险管理的核心内容,并提出采购合同组合管理决策的概念和重要意义;其次提出基于产品组合管理的采购合同战略管理和基于现代组合管理思想的采购合同战术管理的主要策略,并且系统总结了采购合同的主要类型;最后,在前面研究基础上,提出采购合同组合管理决策支持系统的主要框架。

| Abstract: | Supply chain risk management is considered as an indispensable tool for business. And the portfolio analysis in procurement contract management, regarded as a innovational tool, should be used to manage business risk. Firstly, the paper introduces the importance about procurement management and the portfolio analysis in contract management; secondly, it provides two kinds of decision-making of contracts , included both procurement strategy based on product portfolio management and procurement tactic based on portfolio theory; thirdly, it put forward the framework of support decision system in terms of the research results above. |
