关于套管柱三轴抗挤强度设计问题的讨论

摘    要:重点讨论了我国套管柱强度设计方法新标准中存在的一个主要问题,即三轴抗挤强度设计中轴向应力计算问题。证明了正确做法应该是用压力面积法计算真实轴向力。文章还给出了真实轴向应力、有效轴向应力和虚应力三者之间内在联系的关系式,以及应用三轴应力强度理论进行抗挤设计的正确公式,对进一步解决套管柱强度设计问题提出了建议。

Abstract:A main problem about calculation of axial stress in the casing anti-collapse design using tri-axial stress strength theory in the new standard of design method for casing string strength was discussed. It is pointed that the actual axial stress should be calculated using the pressure-area method. The very important formula for describing the relationship among actual axial stress, effective axial stress and fiction stress was given. Finally the correct formulas for casing anti-collapse design using tri-axial stress strength theory were also given. Some new suggestions to improve the casing strength design were presented.
