摘    要:采用单因素对比方法研究阴离子表面活性剂、多元醇、二乙醇胺3种材料对土壤固化剂性能的影响,分析3种材料在不同用量时对土壤固化剂的凝结时间影响系数比、无侧限抗压强度比和水稳系数比3项性能指标的影响规律,并采用微观测试手段对其作用机理作了分析。研究结果表明:研制的土壤固化剂其凝结时间影响系数比为109.2%,无侧限抗压强度比为140.1%,水稳系数比为117.7%,满足相关规范要求并对北京地区的黏性细粒土有良好的固化效果。

Abstract:The effects of anionic surfactants, polyols and diethanolamine on the properties of soil curing agents were studied by single factor comparison method. The influence ratios of the three materials on the setting time of soil curing agent and the unconfined resistance were analyzed. The influence law of the compressive strength ratio and the water stability coefficient is compared with the three performance indexes, and the mechanism of its action is analyzed by microscopic testing methods. The results show that the developed soil curing agent has a coagulation time influence coefficient ratio of 109.2%, an unconfined compressive strength ratio of 140.1%, and a water stability coefficient ratio of 117.7%, which meets the relevant specifications and has a good curing effect for Granular soil in Beijing zone.
