双钩波形板气水分离特性的试验研究

摘    要:为研究双钩波形板的气水分离特性,在高入口湿度和高雷诺数条件下进行了冷态试验,并对疏水进行分区段计量,试验结果表明:(1)双钩波形板的出口湿度随着入口湿度和雷诺数的增加而增长,考察双钩波形板的分离性能应重点关注它们在高入口湿度以及高雷诺数状态下变化情况。(2)在高雷诺数的状态下,第二区段疏水量的占比呈现聚集的趋势,最大值小于45%,因此有必要提高第二区段的疏水量占比;第三区段在高雷诺数及高入口湿度时起到了重要作用,结构的优化应增强该区段波节的液滴捕集能力;第四区段的疏水量占比在高雷诺数下呈快速增长的状态,取消该区段的波节对分离性能不利。

Abstract:In order to investigate the double-hook chevron vane''s separation performance, the cold test is carried out, this test is taken place under the circumstances of high inlet wetness and high Reynolds number, and the measure for proportion of drain quantity in sections is carried out. The test results show that: (1) The outlet wetness of the double-hook chevron vane grows with the increase of inlet wetness and Reynolds number, the separation performance of the double-hook chevron vane should be investigated under high inlet wetness parameter and high Reynolds number. (2) The proportion of drain quantity in the second section increases with the increase of the Reynolds number and inlet wetness, but the maximum value is less than 45%, so it is necessary to improve the second section''s drain quantity''s proportion. The third section plays an important role in high Reynolds number and high inlet wetness. The optimization of the structure should enhance the droplet trapping ability of this section''s hooks. The fourth section, in the high Reynolds number or high inlet wetness conditions, has played a certain amount of water collection role. Removal of this section''s hooks is harm to the separation performance.
