| 摘 要： | 本文从隔离球在缸体中的运动规律出发,分别讨论隔离球比重小于驱动液,大于驱动液时隔离球的运动规律,并导出了进浆过程及排浆过程各阶段的间隙流速、间隙流量、隔离球相对于驱动液的运动速度等公式,探讨了球隔离泵的隔离机理。

| Abstract: | The movement of a separating ball in cylinder is systematicallyanalyzed, either in case the density of separating ball is larger thanthat of actuation liquid or in case the former is smoller than latter.Calculation formular are devived for the gap flow velocity and flow-rate and the velocity of separating ball ralative to actuation liquid,etc, both in the processes of slurry charging and discharging. Theseparation mechanism of a ball-separating slurry pump is discausedin detail. |
