紫外分光光度法测定盐酸托莫西汀胶囊的含量

摘    要:用紫外分光光度法测定了胶囊中盐酸托莫西汀的含量,检测波长270nm.盐酸托莫西汀在0.0400g/L~0.2000g/L的范围内,其紫外吸收值与浓度呈线性关系,回归方程为y=0.1901x-0.0027,R=0.9999平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为0.66%(n=9).方法操作简便快速,准确度高,测定结果与HPLC法相符.

Abstract:A method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of established. The wavelength of detection was 270nm. There was good linear absorbance and the concentration of atomoxetine hydrochloride from 0. equation was y = 0.1901x - 0.0027, R=0.9999. The average recovery was 100.03%, atomoxetine hydrochloride was relationship of the ultraviolet to 0.2000g/L. The regression the RSD of 0.66%.
