| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国社区体育、青少年体育以及社区青少年体育开展的现状,1）社区体育：管理没有形成体系,指导性不强;2）社区青少年体育：参与愿望与参与行为之间存在很大反差,社区青少年体育活动与社区成年人体育活动比例相差很大。分析了加强社区青少年体育管理的紧迫性,同时,提出了有关加强此方面工作几点对策与建议。
