ZVS全桥移相软开关电源

摘    要:为了克服硬开关电源尖峰干扰大、可靠性差、效率低的缺点,分析了全桥移相软开关电路超前臂和滞后臂的不同工作状态,讨论了全桥移相软开关电路的占空比丢失现象,对软开关谐振器超前臂、滞后臂的并联电容和串联电感参数进行选取.通过试制4 kW全桥移相ZVS软开关电源,获得了变压器前端电压和电流波形.结果表明:开关管实现了零电压变换,验证了谐振电感和谐振电容参数选取的正确性.
