摘    要:对食品科技的创新进行价值导引和控制,是今天食品科技发展需要解决的一个重大问题。法律对此不能仅仅是采取鼓励创新的立场和态度,而必须为其确立优先保障食品安全的控制底线。我国《食品安全法》的颁布和实施,对于保障食品科技创新恪守食品安全的法律限度具有重大的立法价值。

Abstract:The innovation of food science and technology should be well guided and controled, which is an essential issue to be solved in food science and technology development. Law should be made and bottom line should be set to ensure food safety and encourage innovation as well. The promulgation and enforcement of Food Safety Law has a great legislative significance, which can protect the innovation in food science and technology abided by the legal restraints in food safety.
