摘    要:以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为催化剂基体,制备了CuO/CeO2-ZrO2/TiO2-CC催化剂,采用XRD、BET等方法对其进行了表征,测定了催化脱硝活性及抗压强度、脱落率等性能指标。结果表明:CuO/CeO2-ZrO2/TiO2-CC催化剂在341℃时的脱硝率可高达95.1%;催化剂轴向抗压强度高达14.3MPa、径向达4.8MPa;超声波脱落率测试仅为0.98%。

Abstract:Characterized by XRD and BET, CuO/CeO2-ZrO2/TiO2-CC catalysts were prepared by using cordierite honeycomb ceramics as catalysts supported. The activity, compression strength, expulsion rate were determined and the results indicated that the rate of deNOx was 95.1% when catalytic reaction was at 341℃; The axia crushing pressure was 14.3MPa and the radial crushing pressure was 4.8MPa while the ultrasonic expulsion rate was only 0.9g%.
