基于嵌入式振动监测系统的设计与研究

摘    要:设计了一种基于嵌入式的高准确度、高灵敏度、测量范围较大的振动监测系统。主要应用于目前无震动检测装置的电机,当发生故障时无法进行故障报警和定位。系统采用C8051F060实时采集数据,将数据传送给嵌入式系统(LPC2292)分析处理,从而达到机械振动状态的监测。介绍了系统采集和处理两方面的主要电路原理与设计,并简要分析了软件结构与设计。通过测试分析,该系统可以有效地监测和处理机械振动信号。

Abstract:A type of embedded vibration monitoring system with high precision, high sensitivity and large measuring range is designed, mainly applied to electric machines without vibration detection devices which can not give an alarm or locate when a fault occurs. The system collects real-time data by C8051F060 and the data is transferred to the embedded system (LPC2292) to be processed so as to achieve the monitoring under mechanical vibration state. This paper introduces the main circuitry and design of the collection and processing of the system and briefly analyzes the software structure and design. Through test analysis, it proves that the system can effectively monitor and process mechanical vibration signals.
