| 摘 要： | 国家自然科学基金委员会联合日本学术振兴会、韩国科学与工程基金会,构建了中日韩区域科技合作的A3前瞻计划合作机制。其工作主要包括:召开亚洲研究理事会主席会议,举办东北亚科学论坛,并联合资助三国科学家在选定前沿领域开展实质性合作研究。通过A3前瞻计划合作机制的建立和实施,促进了亚洲区域科技合作,提高了自主创新能力。

| Abstract: | National Natural Science Foundation of China,Japan Society for the Promotion of Science,and Korea Science and Engineering Foundation jointly established the regional collaboration mechanism among China,Japan and Korea.
