注射成型聚甲醛制品结构表征与断口形貌

摘    要:用IR、DSC、WAXD、SBM等手段,分析表征了注射成型聚甲醛制品的结构、组成、晶粒大小、结晶度及断口形貌。结果发现,采用适当的工艺条件注射成型后的聚甲醛制品的组成及熔点与原料树脂相同。制品的抗冲击性能与晶粒大小、结晶度和微观缺陷等有密切的关系。断口的SEM结果表明,聚甲醛注射成型制品抗冲击性能的好坏,同制品是否存在微观缺陷以及裂纹扩展有关。

Abstract:The structure. composition, crystallite size, crystallinity and fracture morphology of injection-molded polyoxymethylene products were investigated by IR,DSC,WAXD and SEM etc, The results showed that the composition and melting temperature of the injection-molded POM products were identical to the raw resin. The impact strength of the products related closely. with crystallite size,crystallinity and microdefects.The results of SEM observation of fracture surface showed that the impact strength of the products were also correlated with the Ancrodefects and the crack propagation.
