摘    要:企业文化作为企业竞争的软实力,在企业发展中起着越来越重要的作用。我国家族企业的文化缺失已经严重制约了家族企业的可持续发展。只有构建优秀的家族企业文化,才能为家族企业可持续发展提供重要支撑。

Abstract:Corporate culture,which is regarded as the soft strength,is playing an increasingly important role in the competition among companies.However,the lack of corporate culture in the family business of China has seriously restricted their sustainable development.To provide support to it,splendid corporate culture should be cultivated.
