《愧郯录》史料价值探微

《愧郯录》是南宋学者岳珂的一部考证笔记,书中所记内容都是宋朝自建立起至宁宗时的史实,阐发先贤和朝廷所制定的典章制度。该书考证内容十分广博,涉及职官、舆服、礼仪、宗室、科举等制度,此外还保存了地理、宗教、经济、儒学、科技等方面的史料,具有很高的史料价值。此书征引的文献亦相当丰富,除前代正史、杂史和笔记外,还有宋代官修史书和官方认可的私修史书以及大量私人撰述,有些文献今已散佚,《愧郯录》所记的内容则保存了这些文献的局部面貌。

Kui Tan Lu is a research note by Yue Ke,a scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty.It records the history from establishment of the Song Dynasty to the Emperor Ning and discusses system of politics and etiquette established by forerunners and the Dynasty.This books covers a variety of contents,including official,clothing,etiquette, royal clan,the imperial examination system,etc.In addition,it includes historical materials about geography, religion,economy,Confucianism,technology and so on.It boasts significant historical value.This book is also very rich in literature citations,including official history,unofficial history and notes of the previous generation, official history compiled by the Song Dynasty Government,unofficial history approved by the Song Dynasty Government and great quantity of personal works.The original of some literature citations in the Kui Tan Lu are lost,but Kui Tan Lu preserves some contents of them.
