| 摘 要： | 北宋时期政治思想家王安石是历史上最有争议的人物．他在宋神宗熙宁年间实行的变法,后世或褒或贬,众说纷纭,莫衷一是。实质上,王安石新法的本质是以富民为辞而行富国之实,王安石与司马光的矛盾是富国与富民思想的矛盾。

| Abstract: | Political thinker Wang Anshi is the most disputable personage in history in Northern Song Dynasty.His consti-tutional reform implemented in XiNing period of during Emperor Shenzong,invited praise or demote,and on one was able to decide which is right or wrong.This text investigates Wang Anshi's thought change from attention to "enrich the people" as a local officer,to "rich country" when he took office that can know government affairs.The essence of analyzing Wang Anshi's new law is to regard enriching the people as the diction and walk in fact of the rich country,and the author expounds the contradiction between Wang Anshi and Si Maguang is the thought of contradiction between enriching country and enriching the people.The text has announced more rationally the essence of Wang Anshi's new law and difference between Wang Anshi and those who against constitutional reform in Wang Anshi's new law. |
