循序渐进地推动和发展中日两国关系

近年来，中日两国关系遇到了一系列问题，进一步发展中日两国关系也有不少困难和障碍。鉴于中日两国关系的复杂性、长期性和艰巨性，在开展对日外交工作时要有充分的心理准备，应做到有信心和耐心。首先，在低端政治领域，积极推动民间经济文化交流，继续走“以民促官”的道路。其次，在中端政治领域。中国政府应积极推动对日本的公共外交。同时，中日两国要有更紧密的合作，政府间的合作也是必不可少的。中日关系不应因历史和现实问题的复杂而悲观失望，将来在某个时间段实现两国政府间的关系更上一层楼是可能的。

On Promoting & Developing Sino-Japanese Relation Step by Step

In recent years, Sino-Japanese relations have met a range of problems,and many hardships and barriers appear in further development. From the overall situations of the world politics and economy as well as the characteristics of Sino-Japanese relations, however,it's possible to continue developing Sino-Japanese relations. In view of the complexity,permanency and ardousness of Sino-Japanese relations, confidence and patience are needed in developing diplomacy. First of all,in unofficial political field, the Chinese goverment should develop non-govermental communications of economy and culture and continue the policy that the non-governmental promote the governmental.Secondly,in official field, the Chinese government should actively promote Japanese public foreign affairs. Meanwhile, the two goverments should actively cooperate for a closer cooperation. Sino-Japanese relations will be better in a certain period in future, so we shouldn't be diasppointed with the complexity of historical and realistic problems.
