| 摘 要： | 本文利用L_(27)(3_(13))多因子正交试验的大量数据,综合分析了粗纱工序各工艺参数对粗、细纱各项质量指标的影响,从而提出了纺纯棉纱时新型粗纱机应用的合理工艺参数,并从理论上对这些合理的粗纱工艺参数作了进一步阐述,它对纺涤棉纱也有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the technology in new type speed frame on the basis of a great number of original data obtained by multi-factor orthogonal test L27(313), the combination effects of parameters in speed frame on roving and spun yarn qualities are analyzied. Thus, the reasonable parameters in new type speed frame for processing pure cotton are suggested and clarified. These results are also valuable to polyester / cotton processing. |
