微机控制可控硅逆变器PWM变频调速系统

摘    要:采用功率可控硅和二极管构成交直交变频调速系统。逆变器的可控硅用电容器关断,电容器贮存的初始电荷用预充电的形式给定,放电和再充电在逆变器工作过程中自动切换。给出了控制系统的硬件组成和软件结构,并说明了系统的特点。在实验室中进行了实验研究,结果表明系统是可行的。

Abstract:An AC-DC- AC frequency-variable and speed-adjustable system is developedusing power thyristors and diodes. Six thyristors on the inverter are lurnedoff by charged condensers and the initial charges in condensers are set bymeans of precharge, with automatically switching on/off for discharge andrecharge under the working process of inverter. Hardware design andsoftware structure are discussed for the control system, as well as the featuresof the system. Results obtained from laboratory tests show the feasibility ofthe system.
