| Abstract: | This paper expounds the urgency of developing the water-saving agriculture, probes into the core contents of the water-saving irrigation, emphatically introduces the soverlay and moisture-holding technique and limited irrigation technique, and points out that the integration of the moisture-holding technique and irrigation technique is an effective way for developing the water-saving agriculture. |
