摘    要:传统观点认为,高压挤压对套管强度及其寿命有严重的负面影响。文章以5inch及7inch套管为研究对象,针对不同的钢级、不同的射孔参数组合,在不同的环境条件(不同内外压)下,组合成多种套管模型,利用有限单元法进行建模分析。结果表明:在射孔参数相同时,随地层外压的增大,套管内的等效应力逐渐增大且随外压呈线性规律变化;随内压的增大,套管等效应力急速下降;当内压大于外压时,套管等效应力下降趋缓;当套管内施加内压时,套管射孔段的应力状况得到改善。
