摘    要:建立了导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱技术测定中草药中痕量银的新方法,主要研究了捕集管位置、捕集时间、火焰性质、导数仪灵敏度档等因素对方法灵敏度的影响.结果表明,在10 mV/min导数灵敏度档下,捕集时间为1 min,银的特征质量浓度为0.822 μg/L,灵敏度较常规火焰原子吸收提高1~2个数量级.利用本方法成功地测定了麻黄、柴胡、升麻和甘草中的痕量银,回收率为92.2%~108.6%.

Abstract:A method for the determination of silver in several kinds of Chinese herbs by derivative atom-trapping flame atomic absorption spectrometry(D-AT-FAAS) with an improved coolant quartz-tube has been proposed. The factors influencing the sensitivity of D-AT-FAAS and the linearity of working curve were examined. The detection limits and sensitivities of the method were enhanced by 1 and 2 orders of magnitude, respectively, compared with those of conventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Silver in several Chinese herbs has been successfully determined with the recoveries of 92.2%~108.6%
