离散事件系统仿真在冷连轧动态系统中的应用

离散事件仿真技术是仿真领域中应用比较广泛的一种技术。本文以冷连轧生产过程为例，分析了带钢轧制过程中离散事件仿真的特点，结合生产过程中的实际问题，提出了冷连轧机过程仿真中各种事件的处理方式，并根据事件的特点和作用对象的类别，将事件进行分类组合优化处理，大大提高了仿真系统的效率。

Application of Discrete Event System Simulation to Cold Rolling Dynamic System

The main topic of this paper is about discrete event simulation in cold rolling process. We analyze the characters of discrete event simulation in strip rolling process, and combine them with actual questions of production process, then give a manner that how to deal with diversiform event in cold rolling process. We classify the events according to its specialty and sorts of operation objects, and then we fit these classified events together and dispose them with optimization method, so the efficiency of simulation system is improved greatly.
