| 摘 要： | 研究了不同人群对手机流量的需求问题，利用模糊聚类分析方法，针对不同年龄、不同职业、不同上网目的等的用户对手机流量的需求量分别进行聚类．利用F统计量得到最佳聚类方案．聚类结果及分析可以指导运营商设计合理的手机流量销售方案．

| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the requirement of mobile phoneg traffic for different people by ap- plying fuzzy clustering analysis. We classify different age groups, occupations, purpose of searching internet by fuzzy clustering analysis using the demand grade of cell phone＇s traffic as indicator. We can obtain the optimal clustering scheme by calculating F value. The analysis and result of clustering can tell operator how to design reasonable sales program of cell phone＇s traffic. |
