摘    要:以5,5-二苯基乙内酰脲为起始原料,在碱性条件下,经一步法合成重要的化工原料3-羧甲基-5,5-二苯基海因.通过考察碱的种类、5,5-二苯基乙内酰脲用量和回流反应时间对产率的影响,确定较佳工艺条件为:5,5-二苯基乙内酰脲与氯乙酸钠摩尔比为1:1.1,在氢氧化钠水溶液中回流反应3h,可得到产率为68%的高纯度3-羧甲基-5,5-二苯基海因.产品结构经IR、1HNMR.13CNMR及MS进行了表征.

Abstract:An important chemical material, 3 -carboxylmethyl -5,5 -diphenyl hydantoin was synthesized by one - step using 5,5 - diphenyl hydantoin as a raw material in the presence of alkali. The effects of alkalis, amounts of 5,5 -diphenyl hydantoin, and refluxing time on the yields were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of 5,5 -diphenyl hydantoin to sodium monochloroacetate was 1 : 1.1, refluxing for 3 h in sodium hydroxide solution, and 3 -carboxylmethyl -5,5 -diphenyl hydantoin with high purity was ob- tained in 68% yield. The product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS.
