摘    要:采用不同种类表面活性剂对活性炭进行真空浸渍活化.通过红外光谱、热失重分析和电化学性能评价对处理前后的活性炭进行研究.结果表明,表面活性剂处理活性炭,可明显提高活性炭的有机电解液可润湿性,增加其比表面积利用率,改善活性炭电极的黏结性能.十二烷基苯磺酸钠处理后的活性炭电极,比电容由143.2F·g-1提高到196.8F·g-1,内阻由1.75Q降低到0.71Ω,最大功率密度由6035.7W·kg-1增加到9380.2W·kg-1.

Study of Supercapacitor Activated Carbon Treated by Vacuum Impregnation Using Surfactant

Abstract:The activated carbon (AC) is treated by vacuum impregnation using various surfactant. The acti- vated carbon treated with surfactant is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravity analytical, and electrochemical measurements. The enhancement in electrochemical performance of treated AC e- lectrode is mainly attributable to improvement in wettability and ion mobility, resulting in a higher usable surface area and a smaller internal resistance. The AC electrode supercapacitor treated with sodium dodecylbenzene sul- fonate exhibits the best electrochemical performance. Specifically, its specific capacity by the 143.2 F g-1 in- creased to 196.8 F g-1, internal impedance by the 1.75 Ω reduced to 0.71Ω and maximum power density by the 6035.7 W kg- 1 increased to 9380.2 W kg- l
