摘 要: | 针对一类生化系统的稳态优化问题,在已有间接优化方法(IOM)的目标函数中引入一个反映S-系统解和原模型解一致性的二次项,提出了一种改进的优化算法.该优化算法不仅得到了一致的S-系统解与IOM解,而且可用现有的二次规划算法去计算.仿真结果表明了该优化算法的实用性和有效性.

Abstract: | A new algorithm for steady - state optimization of a class of biochemical systems is proposed in this paper. A quadratic term to account for the consistency of solutions between the S - system and original model is introduced into the existing objective function of the indirect optimization method (IOM). The proposed opti- mization algorithm not only obtains the consistent S - system and IOM solutions, but also can be solved with a- vailable quadratic programming techniques. The simulation results show that the presented optimization algorithm is practical and effective. |
