| 摘 要： | 罚球是篮球比赛中重要的得分手段,有目的、有计划的心理训练,无疑会提高运动员的心理水准,减少失误,提高罚球命中率.本文拟对造成罚球失误的原因作出初步分析,提出一些训练方法和建议,试图解决篮球比赛中的罚球失误问题.

| Abstract: | The penalty shooting is the vital scoring means in the basketball match.The target-oriented and planned psychological training will improve the players' psychological quality and the percentage hits and also avoid faults.This paper is a try to analyze the causes of the penalty shooting faults and also some training methods and advice are offered to solve the problem of the penalty shooting in the course of match. |
