求解总体极值问题的山丘函数方法

利用山丘函数，可将目标函数的某个局部极小点变换为一个局部极大点，使迭代点尽快离开当前的吸引区域而进入到一个新的吸引区域中，这样能有效地求出下一个更好的局部极小点来，在此基础上可进一步求得问题的总体极值。

Method of hill function for solving global extremum problems

A method for solving global extremum problems is constructed, using a hill function by which the minimum of an objective function at a locally minimal point can be converted into a local maximum of an auxiliary function so tha the iterative points can enter a new absorbing re- gion fast and a better estimation can be found efficiently. Numerical experiments show that this method proposed works very efficiently.
